Ming Teh Chinese Restaurant

Three reasons to go here: food is yum with ample options for vegetarians including the tofu-broccoli curries, a very friendly and polite service, and a great riverside view. If you do not wish to drink here, just walk over to a pub next door to sit by the river and sip.

I am sure that the food is good, however we do not know. We arrived at 6:00 and because we did not have a reservation, we were treated as if we did not matter. We had waited to be seated and were told a few minutes and then shown to a table in the main dining room which is fine, but the restaurant was empty and were told that the water view windows were for those who call to reserve. Went by 30 minutes later and restaurant was still empty.

Picked up some lovely fish soup. The restaurant, right on the Niagara river, has some spectacular views. Needs a bit of repair though.
